Turning Arabic

I need my macbookpro. The mother's and sister's laptop takes forever to load anything and I'm desperately missing all my programs. Apparently the graphics card has burnt itself to smithereens (no thanks to me, I suppose...).

It seems to take forever and a day to load 6MB sized photos to Photobucket, and then another year resizing it on Photobucket itself. So I only managed to upload three pictures for today, more once the mbp's back, promise.

Oh yes, mum and I decided since we've been in Abu Dhabi for yonks... to turn arabic and don an abbaya.

Just kidding!

We went to the Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan Mosque, nicknamed the 'White Mosque' for it's use of white marble throughout the entire building. It's compulsory for the ladies to wear the abbaya. In fact I got "Miss, please wear your headscarf"-ed about three times by various security guards because damn thing kept falling off my head. Mum had the same problem and we were both discussing how those arab girls keep it on their heads. Lots of hairspray, maybe.

Ps. Why is it so hard to get under 50kgs?! I've starved and jogged and green-water-ed myself till I wake up 3 times during the night to go pee. *goes godzilla on the weighing machine*
